The Pineywoods grow everything fast and grow it all summer, so the season hands out very few easy weeks. Bed weeding, shrub shaping and one-time cleanups fill in around the weekly routes. A yard finished in the worst heat of the day looks just as good as one finished in the cool of the morning, and that is a matter of pride.
