Widetrack lawn work

About Widetrack lawn work

By November the hardwoods around Murchison have gone rust and gold against the pines, and every yard between here and Purtis Creek wears a layer of needles and leaves. Widetrack lawn work takes the last cuts of the season and the clearing that goes with them — mowing, edging the walks and drives, trimming close to fences and trunks, and raking and carrying off whatever the trees keep sending down. Henderson County winters are short and mild, so the grass hardly gets a rest before it wants attention again. A yard finished in that low autumn light looks especially good: swept concrete, defined edges, unbroken green under bare limbs. Small work, but it is what keeps a place from looking left behind.
