Callender Lake

About Callender Lake

Callender Lake sits back in the pines just outside Murchison, and in spring the whole shoreline greens up at once — grass running down to the docks, water dead flat at first light. Lawn care under the name Callender Lake covers the mowing and trimming these Henderson County places ask for: cutting on a regular round, edging drives and walkways, trimming close to piers, posts and tree lines, and clearing the cuttings off. East Texas rain makes grass grow like it is being paid to, so keeping up means never letting a week get away. The reward is a lot that looks cared for from the road and from the water both. Under the loblollies, a clean-cut yard is a fine way to spend a Saturday.
