Bernhard Jr.'s Lawn care service

About Bernhard Jr.'s Lawn care service

Out on the peninsula, the wind comes off Lake Belton all afternoon and pushes the clippings back at you, which is its own kind of lesson in patience. Bernhard Jr.'s Lawn care service mows the shoreline lots and the streets behind them in Morgan's Point Resort, keeping grass, edges and trim lines honest through the long heat of a Texas August. Water-facing yards ask for care where the turf thins toward the bluff and thickens where the sprinklers reach. Every visit ends the same way: walks blown clean, beds trimmed back, nothing left but the smell of cut grass and the lake glinting past the fence. It is plain work, and it makes a place feel looked after.
