Southern Lawns & Landscaping

About Southern Lawns & Landscaping

June evenings here stretch out long and gold, and the smell of cut grass carries three houses down before the fireflies come up out of the ditch. Southern Lawns & Landscaping works toward that hour in Montgomery — mowing through the heat of the day, edging and trimming until every border is square, then blowing the walks and the porch clean. Weekly routes are the backbone; some yards take every other week, and either way the day on the calendar stays the same day. Out here the front yard is where people wave from, so a lawn cut short and lined out changes how a whole block reads from the street. It is small work repeated, and by supper time it shows.
