About Southern Gardens LLC

Sharyland in the late afternoon is all stripes — palm shadows laid across the lawns, the grapefruit rows west of town going gold along their edges as the sun drops toward the river. Southern Gardens LLC works that side of Mission, cutting grass to an even height, running the edger down the sidewalk until the line is crisp enough to sight along, and trimming the shrubs back into shape around porches and property lines. Clippings are raked up and carried away, beds and walkways left swept. There is real satisfaction in the last pass, when the mower shuts off and the yard holds its pattern in the low light. Come evening the breeze comes up off the Gulf, and the grass stands there looking cared for.
