Z's Lawn Care

About Z's Lawn Care

Midlothian sits up on the high ground where the Blackland Prairie starts to roll toward the hills, and in July the heat gets to town well before the day really does. Z's Lawn Care meets it out there early, mowers running down the quiet streets off Highway 287 while the Bermuda and St. Augustine still hold a little cool. There is a real satisfaction in the hard line where turf stops and driveway begins, in a fenceline trimmed close and a walk blown so clean the only thing left on it is shade. When autumn finally turns and the pecans and red oaks let go all at once, the work shifts to leaves and cleanups, putting yards back in order before the cool months settle over the prairie. From the neighborhoods near Mockingbird Nature Park out toward Ovilla and Red Oak, it is the same steady rhythm week after week: come, cut, edge, clear, and leave a place looking tended.
