About Steve's Lawncare and Construction

Midland yards are built as much as they are grown. Under the turf is caliche that will not be argued with, so the shape of a good yard here comes down to where the grass stops and the stone, gravel or border begins. Steve's Lawncare and Construction works both halves of that: mowing, edging and trimming week to week, and the ground work that gives a lawn its outline — bed borders, gravel and stone areas, grading and cleanup around the hard surfaces. Midday in July the sun stands almost straight overhead and every line in a yard shows plainly, which is a fair test of whether it was set right. The aim is a place that reads well in that light and stays that way with an honest weekly cut.
