Marlar's Lawn Care Services

About Marlar's Lawn Care Services

Morning comes fast in Midland — the sun clears flat country with nothing standing in its way, and by seven the day has already made up its mind. That is the hour Marlar's Lawn Care Services likes best, dew still holding on the Bermuda, the mower laying its first clean stripe across a west-side yard. Out here a lawn is something a household decides to have, coaxed up out of caliche and hard light, so every pass, every trim, every edge is kept honest and even. The work runs the fence lines and the sidewalk seams, then clears the clippings off the drive so the walk is swept before the heat settles in. By afternoon the yard sits crisp and green against all that pale ground, and it holds.
