Mikes simple lawns

About Mikes simple lawns

Mesquite grew up over blackland prairie, and you can still find the old ground down in the bottoms where Duck Creek winds behind the neighborhoods. Mikes simple lawns works the streets above it, block after block of brick houses with front yards that look their best when somebody keeps them honest. The name is the method: mow, edge the walk and the drive, trim what the mower cannot reach, blow it all clean, and go. Dallas County summers are hard on turf and the ice weeks are hard on everything else, so a lawn kept on a steady rotation stays ahead of both. In a town that fills an arena for the rodeo on summer Saturdays, a sharp front yard fits right in.
