About B&C, LLC

Two letters and a comma — B&C, LLC does not spend much on the sign, and does not need to. The work shows up along Highway 5 and the streets that grew up beside the old rail line, where lots run narrow and deep and every one of them has a fence to trim around. Evening jobs in McKinney have their own payment: the heat finally letting go, grackles arguing up in the pecans, a mower running out its last pass in gold light. What gets left behind is the point — turf at an even height, a hard line at the sidewalk, walks swept back to bare concrete. Month after month it is mowing, string trimming, edging and cleanup, done in one order until it is second nature.
