About Rooted lawn care llc

The clay under McGregor is black and deep, the kind that cracks wide open in August and takes a November rain like a sponge — prairie soil that made this country farmland long before it made it lawns. Rooted lawn care llc works with what that ground does: mowing on the rhythm the season sets, trimming and edging to hold every line, and cleanups in fall when the leaves all come down at once. Grass here roots deep if it is cut at the right height and left with the strength to do it, so nothing gets scalped for the sake of looking short. Late in the year the last mow goes on, the beds are cleared out, and the yard is put down for winter. Come spring, ground that was tended is the ground that comes back first — and that is the whole idea.
