About Waldo’s Lawn Care Service LLC

On Saturday mornings the gazebo at Archer Park is set up for a market, and half of McAllen rolls past it with the windows down. Waldo's Lawn Care Service LLC spends those mornings a few neighborhoods over, mowing and edging along a route learned street by street, where people recognize the truck before they check the schedule. Crepe myrtles shed their pink all week; the blower lifts it off the walk, the trimmer squares up the fence line, and the mower leaves the turf even from curb to porch step. Seasonal cleanups take away whatever the wind and the mesquite have dropped since the last visit. It is unhurried, regular work, and a block where every third yard has been cut right shows it from the corner.
