Eli's Lawn Care

About Eli's Lawn Care

Saturday morning in the neighborhoods off Ware Road: a garage door up, a sprinkler ticking two houses over, bikes dropped in the grass where somebody left them. Eli's Lawn Care moves through those blocks with the weekly round — mowing, edging along the walk, trimming the hedge back to a level line, sweeping the drive clean. Nothing dramatic happens in a well-kept yard, and that is the appeal; it simply looks right when you pull in. Hedges here want cutting more months than not, so the routine counts for more than any single visit. By ten the truck is three streets over and the block has that just-tended hum.
