About Weeds Lawn Care

October finally means it in Falls County — cotton stubble in the fields, a north wind with an edge on it, dark arriving early over the courthouse square. Weeds Lawn Care spends that turning season doing what the name says: cutting back whatever has run wild along fence lines and alley edges, dropping grown-over lots to something a person can walk across again, trimming close around trees and posts. Overgrowth gets taken in stages, so the ground underneath comes back instead of getting scalped. Before the first freeze there is a last mow and a raking-out of the beds, with leaves and clippings carried clear. Come January the yard stands bare and orderly, waiting, which in Marlin is exactly what winter ought to look like.
