About Z&D Landscaping and property management (ZD Lawn care)

January turns the lawns around Horseshoe Bay and Meadowlakes a pale straw color, the caliche shows white through the thin spots, and the wind comes across the water with nothing in the way to slow it. Z&D Landscaping and property management keeps working anyway, because a dormant yard still needs its edges held, its hedges shaped, and last fall's leaves cleared out of the beds before spring buries them. When the grass turns again the cadence picks up: mowing on schedule, borders cut clean along the drive and walk, trimming close around posts and trunks, hard surfaces blown off before the truck pulls away. Handling a property means seeing it in every month, not only the easy ones — the green weeks by the lake and the gray ones too. What ties it together is simple: pull up to a place and leave it looking better than you found it.
