Revival

About Revival

There is a particular week in the Hill Country when the rain finally arrives, the bluebonnets come up along the shoulders of 281, and every brown yard in Marble Falls decides overnight to be green again. Revival works for that week all year. The season opens with cutting back what winter killed, hauling off the dead growth and the leaves packed into the beds, and getting a first clean pass over turf that has forgotten what a blade feels like. From there it becomes rhythm — regular mowing, edges drawn true along the drive, trimming close where the mower can't reach, everything swept off the concrete at the end. A yard that had gone quiet comes back, and there is real satisfaction in being the reason it did.
