About Payan Lawn Services LLC

South of Madisonville the pastures give way to pines, and the big timber pulls the horizon slowly closed. Payan Lawn Services LLC works north of that line, in yards where hardwood shade and open sun trade places across a single lot. Spring is the busy turn — mowing every week, edging drives and sidewalks, trimming around trunks and posts, blowing the walks down at the end of it. Shade grass and sun grass want different treatment, and reading a yard correctly is what makes both halves look like one lawn. By May, the ones done right have a color you can pick out from the road.
