Lawnman care

About Lawnman care

Morning comes slow to Lufkin, the light filtering down through loblolly pine long before it ever reaches the grass. Lawnman care works those first cool hours, mowing and edging while the dew still beads on the blades and a mockingbird runs through its whole repertoire from the power line. By the time the East Texas heat settles in for real, the trimming is finished, the concrete is clear, and the yard holds one quiet line from the curb to the porch steps. Out toward Kurth Lake the pines stand thick, and grass kept close beneath them asks for patience — shade, surface roots, fallen needles, the particular temper of this soil. It is lawn care measured by how a place looks when someone pulls into the drive at the end of the day.
