About Kat Tree Service

In Lufkin the pines start the day before anyone else does, loblolly tops catching light over Ellen Trout Lake while the streets below are still blue with shade. Kat Tree Service works underneath that ceiling — taking down the water oak that has leaned too far over a carport, shaping the ones that ought to stay so they carry an East Texas summer without complaint. Pruning here is a conversation with humidity: open a crown just enough and a storm moves through it instead of pushing against it. When an August thunderhead stacks over Angelina County and drops limbs across a driveway overnight, the answer is a morning of saw work, a rake, and one clear lane where a mess used to be. The part worth coming back for is the after: a yard swept flat and the sky suddenly wider over the roofline.
