About East Texas Property Services

Monday rounds in Lufkin start with the grounds nobody thinks about until they look bad — the office lot, the strip of grass beside a church parking island, the rent house between tenants. East Texas Property Services keeps those on a calendar so they never reach that point: mowed, edged, trimmed at the poles and bumper blocks, blown clean of clippings. Between March and the first freeze the mowing barely pauses here, and a property left two weeks looks abandoned in a way it takes real work to undo. Doing it on schedule is cheaper in effort and better to look at. A tidy lot tells anybody driving past that somebody is minding the place.
