C & G Lawn Care

About C & G Lawn Care

By two o'clock on a July afternoon the sky southwest of Lufkin starts stacking white, then gray, and everybody working outside starts doing math. C & G Lawn Care learns that math early: mow first, edge fast, trim while the wind picks up, and blow the drive clean before the first fat drops hit the concrete. Cicadas run the whole time like a saw that never needs sharpening. When the storm passes and the steam comes off the street, the lawn behind them is still exactly what it should be — level, edged, and free of clippings. Beating the rain is half the job in East Texas, and doing it without cutting a corner is the other half.
