About West Texas Lawn Service

The sky does most of the talking out here — two hundred miles of it, no hill to interrupt, and a sunset that holds the town amber for ten minutes before letting go. West Texas Lawn Service works underneath all that, keeping Lubbock lawns mowed to an even height, fence lines and tree rings trimmed, walk and drive edges cut into a clean line, clippings carried away. Turf on the South Plains has to be coaxed: it grows against wind, heat and a short water budget, and it answers to a regular hand. Week by week the difference shows from the curb, in the color and in the line where grass stops and concrete starts. It is a good thing to leave behind you at the end of a long, bright day.
