Yard Dog Landscapes

About Yard Dog Landscapes

Past the edge of Longview the properties open up: an acre, three acres, a tree line at the back and a great deal of grass in between. July is dog-days work out there — the big mow, edging where the drive meets the road, fence lines and tree bases trimmed out, brush knocked back and beds mulched so a place reads as kept rather than merely cleared. Yard Dog Landscapes takes those wide yards and gives them an outline, which is harder on open ground than it looks from the road. Seeing a long lawn go from shaggy to striped between lunch and sundown is a good way to spend an afternoon. Longview and the rural towns surrounding it are covered.
