JAZ SERVICE

About JAZ SERVICE

Rain here does not drizzle. It arrives all at once, fills Chacon Creek to the culverts, drums on every metal roof in the neighborhood, and is gone before supper. JAZ SERVICE works the days after — clearing the limbs and the litter the water carried into the yard, then mowing grass that decided overnight to grow three inches. Weeds come up with the same enthusiasm, so they get handled early, and the feeding goes down while the ground still has moisture in it. Edges get cut back where the runoff blurred them, and the walks get cleared of the silt line. A yard that has been through a South Texas storm and looks composed two days later is a good advertisement for paying attention.
