Lawns and Landscapes

About Lawns and Landscapes

West of Lantana the neighborhoods give way to pasture and cross-fenced horse country almost immediately, and that contrast is a fair description of the work itself. Lawns and Landscapes tends the made side of the line — mowing and edging, bed shaping and mulching, shrub trimming and plantings, seasonal cleanups that reset a yard from one stretch of the year to the next. Denton County soil can run from sand to clay inside a single block, so whatever goes in the ground gets chosen for exactly where it is standing. The best days end with a fresh mulch edge curving precisely the way it was drawn. Then the sprinklers come on and the whole place smells like rain.
