About Elevated Property Services

Come November the post oaks around Lantana let go all at once, and a lawn that was just-mown at breakfast is buried by supper. Elevated Property Services handles the whole arc of a property through that stretch — leaf clearing and haul-off, bed cleanups, shrub trimming, plus the mowing, edging and trimming that carry on through the mild end of the year. Denton County winters run more brown than white, and the yards that look best in February are the ones emptied out properly in the fall. The craft is in the finish: crisp bed lines, walks and curbs edged clean, nothing left sitting in the corners. It is upkeep, and upkeep is what a place actually lives on.
