About Martinez Lawn Care

Saturday mornings in Lakehills sound like small engines starting up one street at a time. Martinez Lawn Care is usually two yards in by then, moving through the long shade the hills throw early, before the day gets serious about being hot. Mowing at a height the grass can actually survive, edging the sidewalk down to a straight dark line, trimming the fence corners, gathering the leaves and cuttings — plain services, done in the same order every time. There is pride in the smell of a fresh-cut yard and in the stripe left lying across it. By evening the street looks composed, and nobody can tell you exactly why.
