About M & N Land Services, LLC

Out past the last subdivision the lots open up — an acre, two acres, grass running toward a far fence with cattle egrets picking along behind whatever is moving. M & N Land Services, LLC mows properties like that around Lake Jackson and toward Jones Creek, where keeping a place tidy means covering ground steadily and still finishing the corners by hand. A big lot cut well has a shape to it: the open middle laid down in long passes, the border drawn tight around the drive, posts and gates trimmed close. The payoff comes at the gate, looking back across the whole property at once. Wide land looks even wider when it's kept.
