T & J Lawn Maintenance

About T & J Lawn Maintenance

Wind is the first neighbor anyone meets in Kress, sweeping across the High Plains of Swisher County with little but cotton stalks and wheat stubble to slow it down. Here on the Llano Estacado the land runs flat to every horizon, and a green yard is a deliberate thing, kept up against dry air, spring dust and the occasional hailstorm. T & J Lawn Maintenance handles that upkeep with steady lawn mowing, trimming tight around every post and wall, and edging that gives each property a sharp outline. Come fall, cotton modules line the field edges outside town and the mowing season slowly winds down. In the late afternoon, when the sun drops low and paints the whole plain copper, a fresh-cut Kress lawn glows against the brown country around it.
