MARTINEZ PALMCARE

About MARTINEZ PALMCARE

Palms stand over half the streets in Kingsville, and after a night of Gulf wind the fronds hang tired and the sidewalks wear a scatter of dropped fruit and dry husks. MARTINEZ PALMCARE reads a yard from the crown down — old fronds trimmed away, seed stalks taken off, the trunk left clean-lined the way a palm looks best — and then handles the ground beneath it with mowing, edging, string trimming and weed control. Storm season gives palms a beating, and a tree kept trimmed sheds less into the yard and the neighbor's roof when the wind comes hard off the coast. Beds under the palms get cleared of the litter that piles there unnoticed. Kingsville is a town that grows its shade slowly; it is worth keeping in good shape.
