Ernie's Lawncare

About Ernie's Lawncare

Saturday morning on the west side of Kingsville sounds like sprinklers ticking, a freight horn somewhere past the depot, and one mower already running a block over. Often that mower belongs to Ernie's Lawncare, working the neighborhood yards one after another — cutting, edging the drive, trimming around swing sets and mailbox posts, then blowing the walks clean before moving on. Weed control goes down ahead of the heat so summer does not turn a good lawn into a patchwork. Fall and spring bring the cleanups, when yard litter and dropped seed pods get raked out of the corners nobody looks at until they do. It is straightforward household lawn care, done the same way every visit, on streets the crew knows by name.
