About Great Scapes Landscapes

April lays bluebonnets and Indian blanket along the road shoulders around Kingsland, and pink granite pushes up through the pasture like knuckles. Great Scapes Landscapes builds with that palette — beds shaped and edged, stone set, shrubs and native plantings put where the sun and shade actually fall, mulch laid down to hold what moisture there is. Mowing, edging, trimming and cleanup keep the finished work looking the way it did on the first day. There is a particular pleasure in the moment a bed line is cut and the curve suddenly makes sense of the whole front yard. From Kingsland the work reaches Llano, Horseshoe Bay, Marble Falls and Sunrise Beach Village.
