About Texas Tree Service

Kerrville wakes to river fog in the low ground along the Guadalupe, and by nine the cypress at Louise Hays Park lay hard shadows on the water. Texas Tree Service works the limestone hills above town, where live oaks spread wide and Ashe juniper crowds into every opening they leave. The jobs run from a full removal beside a driveway to a careful thinning that lets a yard breathe in August. Pruning is timed for the cool months, the way oaks in this country prefer, with each cut placed so the wound can close. When a downpour tears a limb loose overnight, the cleanup leaves the gravel, the grass and the fence looking like the storm passed somewhere else.
