Mellow Lawncare

About Mellow Lawncare

There is an hour in a Kerrville afternoon when the live oaks throw their shade all the way across the yard and the St. Augustine goes soft green under it. Mellow Lawncare keeps a steady pace through that hour — mowing at a height that lets shaded grass keep the little light it gets, trimming close around trunks and bed borders without scarring bark. Hedges get shaped, the raked-out clippings leave the beds with them, and the mower shuts off before the sound wears anybody down. Unhurried is not the same as unfinished; the edges are still cut clean, the drive still blown bare. Kerr County heat rewards patience, and a lawn kept this way holds through the long middle of the summer.
