About Perez Family Lawn Service

Katy in July belongs to the crape myrtles, whole streets of them going pink and watermelon red above the curb, dropping petals onto grass that already needs cutting again. Perez Family Lawn Service runs those neighborhoods on a weekly turn — mowing, edging along walks and drives, trimming the fence lines, sweeping every last clipping off the sidewalk before the truck rolls on. Summer here asks for consistency more than anything else, because the yards that look good in August are the ones nobody skipped in June. Beds get weeded and shrubs get shaped so the front of a house sits open and welcoming to whoever comes up the path. It is ordinary work repeated the same way every week, and a street where several yards are kept that way starts to look like something.
