About Angels Landscaping & Construction

Joshua sits where the post oaks of the Cross Timbers loosen their grip and the prairie opens west toward Godley, and June evenings out here hold their light long past supper. Angels Landscaping & Construction works a yard the way that light does — all the way into the corners, past the fence posts, under the low limbs. Weekly mowing, edging along walks and drives, string trimming and a full blow-down are the backbone of it, with bed shaping and landscape work when a place needs more than a cut. There is something plain and good about stepping off a lawn at dusk with the clippings gone and every line sitting square to the sidewalk. The route runs Joshua, Burleson, Cleburne and Alvarado, and no yard on it gets a shorter finish than the last.
