About L&V Home and Property Services

Winter turns the Josephine prairie a straw gold, the bermuda asleep and the sky wide open all along the highway. L&V Home and Property Services works that quiet season — a low dormant cut, leaves and litter pulled out of the beds, shrubs trimmed back, edges recut so they hold their shape until spring. Cool clear mornings make good working weather in this part of Texas, and the off season is when shaping gets done without anybody rushing. By March the green comes back all at once and mowing returns to its weekly turn. Nothing is left over from winter to dig out first, which is the whole idea.
