Pryor Tree Service & Firewood

About Pryor Tree Service & Firewood

January mornings in Cherokee County come in around thirty degrees with a wet wind that finds every gap, and a rick of split oak on the porch changes the whole feel of a house. Pryor Tree Service & Firewood works both ends of that — taking down and trimming the trees that need it, then cutting and splitting the good hardwood into seasoned firewood instead of letting it go to waste. Tree work here is steady because the pines and oaks grow tall and the storms that come through this country do not negotiate. Brush gets hauled, the yard gets raked back to level, and the wood gets stacked where somebody can reach it in the dark. Serving Jacksonville, Rusk and the towns around them, it is the kind of work you feel again on the coldest night of the year.
