About Innovate Landscaping & Irrigation LLC

By the middle of August the sandy loam around Jacksonville will take a whole afternoon rain and forget it by the next morning, which is when an irrigation system stops being a luxury and starts being the reason a lawn is still green. Innovate Landscaping & Irrigation LLC works those first cool hours after dawn, walking zones, correcting heads that spray the fence instead of the turf, and setting run times to match what East Texas heat actually takes out of the ground. The landscaping side runs alongside it — beds shaped, shrubs trimmed, mulch laid so the soil holds a little longer between cycles — and the mowing that keeps it all reading as one piece. There is real pleasure in watching a system come on at first light and every zone throw water exactly where it was meant to go. Across Jacksonville, Bullard and Whitehouse, the aim is a yard built to hold up through the hottest part of the year.
