About Jason's lawn service and irrigation systems

August in Itasca cracks the blackland clay open wide enough to lose a nickel down, and grass gets by on whatever water reaches it. Jason's lawn service and irrigation systems works those Hill County lawns through the hardest stretch of the year — mowing, edging, trimming and clearing clippings so struggling turf is not smothered on top of everything else. There is real care in cutting a stressed lawn high and even, and in keeping the borders defined when the rest of the county is going brown. When the fall rains return the same yards green up in a rush, and the weekly rhythm picks straight back up. Out along the I-35W corridor and the open country beyond it, that is the shape of the year.
