About AM Landscaping & Tree Service

Down in the Elm Fork bottoms the pecans hold the morning a little longer than the rest of Irving does, and the light comes through them green and unhurried. AM Landscaping & Tree Service likes that early hour, when the grass is still cool enough to cut clean and the pass lines run straight from curb to porch. Mowing, edging, string trimming and haul-off make the week; the tree work — a limb lifted off a roofline, deadwood taken out of a live oak — makes the year. There is a plain satisfaction in stepping back from a lot where nothing hangs and nothing straggles, where the whole yard seems to stand up straighter. By the time the sun clears the treetops the clippings are gone and the walk is blown bare.
