About Josh Havard Lawn Care

Spring in the Angelina country turns everything faintly yellow for a couple of weeks — pine pollen on the porch rails, on the truck hood, on every blade of grass between Redland and the Sam Rayburn shoreline. Josh Havard Lawn Care runs the route right through it, mowing lawns that jump after each warm East Texas rain and keeping them from getting ahead of anyone. The cut stays even across uneven ground, the walks are edged back to a straight line, and the trimmer squares up the fence corners and the base of the mailbox. A blower clears the drive, the steps and the porch so the pollen and clippings stay outside where they belong. By the time summer settles heavy over the pines, every yard on the list is already looking exactly how its owner hoped it would.
