About Axe Landscaping

North of town the loblollies start closing in, and every fall they let go a soft rust-colored layer over everything beneath them. Axe Landscaping clears it — raking, blowing and hauling off the needles and leaves — then brings the mower through and re-cuts the edges so the beds find their lines again. Shrubs get shaped back before winter, when the light comes sideways through the pines and shows every stray branch. The reward is the walk-out afterward, when a yard that had gone shaggy under the canopy suddenly looks intentional. It is honest, physical work, and this stretch of Harris County offers plenty of it.
