About TurFresh

Spring on Heights Boulevard is a particular kind of green — the esplanade filling in, bungalow yards small and square behind their picket fences, everything growing at once after a warm rain. TurFresh takes care of those front-and-back postage stamps in the Heights and Woodland Heights, where a lawn is short on square footage and long on visibility. Mowing and edging first, then feeding the turf and staying after the weeds so the grass gets dense enough to crowd them out on its own. Old bungalow yards have their quirks — shade from a hundred-year pecan, a bed line curved around a porch — and the trimming has to respect them. A small lawn cut and fed right holds its color like a rug, which is exactly the effect these streets are after.
