About Persistent Services LLC

Between June and September, grass in west Houston does not slow down for anyone; you can cut a lawn on Gessner on Friday and by Wednesday the edge you carved has already softened. Persistent Services LLC is built around that fact, keeping a tight weekly cadence through the months when the growth is relentless and stretching the interval only when the heat finally lets the turf rest. Each visit is the whole sequence: mow, edge the concrete, trim the perimeter, blow the drive and sidewalk down, then walk the beds for weeds before leaving. Shrubs along the Briar Forest patio homes get kept off the windows and the walkways stay walkable. Showing up again and again is not glamorous, but it is the only thing that keeps a Houston yard looking the way it did the hour the crew drove off.
