About Frankie’s Landscape LLC

Independence Heights sits on the old high ground north of White Oak Bayou, close-knit streets where one new lawn changes the look of a whole block. Frankie's Landscape LLC does that groundwork — laying sod across bare and worn ground, cutting and mulching beds, setting shrubs, then keeping the place mowed and edged once it takes hold. May is the month it all wants to root, with warm soil and enough rain to help it along. Grading and prep get the time they need, because sod only looks good if what sits under it is right. Watching green knit together across a yard that was dirt three weeks earlier is a fair return on the effort.
