Southwest Lawn & Garden

About Southwest Lawn & Garden

Come autumn the pines over Hideaway let go all at once, and a single week of needles will bury a bed line, a walk, the whole shape of a yard. Southwest Lawn & Garden goes after that shape and hands it back: grass cut even, edges recut along the drive, trimming worked in tight around posts and mailboxes, needles and clippings carried off instead of left to mat down. Between the fairways and the water the ground here stays damp longer than most, so timing a mow matters as much as making it. There is a real satisfaction in the last pass, when the yard sits quiet under the trees and plainly looks tended. The route runs through Hideaway and out to Lindale, Mineola, Big Sandy and Winona.
