About Lanford Lawn Solutions

The first real front of October comes down out of the north and changes the whole feel of a Hewitt week — the light goes amber, the wind swings around, and the pecans start letting go a few leaves at a time. Lanford Lawn Solutions likes this stretch of the year: growth slows, evenings stay workable, and a yard cleaned up now carries its shape all the way to spring. They mow while the turf still wants it, keep the edges cut back, trim the borders, and haul off the leaves and clippings instead of leaving them to mat down over dormant grass. It is unhurried work with a visible result — a lot swept bare and even, ready for whatever the winter does. Their route covers Hewitt and reaches into Woodway, Waco and Lorena.
