About The Ground Guys

Give Hewitt a wet week in early June and the whole town grows two inches overnight; the yards that were fine on Friday are shaggy by Monday and everybody notices at once. The Ground Guys build their week around exactly that, running a fixed route so a lawn never has time to get ahead of them. Each stop is the same set of steps — mow, edge the concrete, trim what the mower missed, blow the drive and walk clean — done in the same order until it is muscle memory. The reward is a street where the cut lots line up one after another, all of them level, all of them squared at the edges. They keep that rhythm going in Hewitt, Robinson, Lorena and Waco.
